Scope

These child safety standards apply to UB the Pitcher and UB the QB, mobile applications published by DCPD Texas Interactive, LLC ("UB Systems," "we," "us," or "our"), and to ubtqb.com. They describe how we prevent, detect, and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across our services.

Our Apps are free-to-play prediction games for a general audience. They are not directed to children under 13, and an account requires the user to be at least 13 years old.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Creating, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Grooming, or any attempt to establish contact with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
• Sextortion, or threatening to distribute intimate material to coerce a minor.
• Trafficking, or facilitating the trafficking of minors.
• Sexualization of minors in any form, including text, images, usernames, or profile content.
• Any other conduct that endangers or exploits a child.

Violations result in immediate removal of the content, suspension or permanent banning of the account, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting Mechanism

Users can report inappropriate content or conduct in two ways:

• In-app reporting. Flag content or a user directly through the reporting control in the app.
• Email. Contact us at info@ubtqb.com.

Reports concerning child safety are prioritized and reviewed promptly. Reporters may remain anonymous, and we do not require a user account to submit a report by email.

Enforcement and Response

When a credible child safety report is received, we act on it. Our response includes removing the reported content, restricting or terminating the responsible account, preserving relevant records for law enforcement, and reporting confirmed cases to the appropriate authorities.

Designated personnel at DCPD Texas Interactive, LLC oversee child safety enforcement, reporting, and cooperation with authorities.

Legal Compliance and Reporting

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable child protection laws in the jurisdictions where our Apps are available. Confirmed instances of child sexual abuse or exploitation, including CSAM, are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and to equivalent authorities elsewhere. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we discover that such information has been provided without consent, we delete it promptly. Standards Compliance

These standards are published in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and Apple's App Store Review Guidelines. We review and update them as our services evolve and as regulatory standards change.
